Hi Donna -- The Switzerland Rail Trip was wonderful. There were 14 of us. The only drawback was the walking. At 85 I can't always keep up. If I had to do it again, I would take a bus tour. With the train, you had to walk from the train to your hotel and some sites. The luggage was transported by truck from hotel to hotel. We all had to carry our hand bags. (No leaving them on the bus while sightseeing.) So, other than the all the walking, the trip was great and the sites breathtaking. I would highly recommend the trip to all with the warning about the walking. I think the train gave us more and better sights than a bus could, however. So there's the tradeoff. Talk to you soon. Thank you so much. This was my first cruise and I had a blast. Everything was just perfect. Hated to leave, but back to reality.
The accommodations were outstanding. It was great to have the rooms together. To be able to sit on the balcony with everyone was one of the highlights and the way to go.
We hung out on the balcony often and it was great to talk to everyone and make plans for the day.

The Christmas Markets cruise on AMA Waterways was fabulous! Even with the last minute flight cancellation, rebooking and 11+ hour layover in Amsterdam the entire adventure was worth every penny.
The service you provided was more than we could have asked for. Oh and by the way I’m sorry for the 3AM accidental call. I was even more surprised when you answered the phone. Believe me I promise not to do that again.
You made planning and executing this trip so easy; Karen and I cannot thank you enough. Companies are known by their service and believe me your service was above and beyond our expectations. We’ll be planning another cruise in a year and will definitely be including you in the planning process.

We cannot find enough kind words to say to you for the wonderful, fantastic fun vacation you helped us go on. Everything turned out so great with the entire family getting together. I know that I started over a year ahead of the schedued vacation so that our kids and grandkids could make sure they were able to get vacation time. You both put up with me calling you MANY times, sometimes over small things and you ALWAYS came through for me. The entire vacation came off without a single hick-up. You took care of some small items that I NEVER would have though of, like which side of the ship we wanted to be on with sailing to Alaska and then getting us 5 deck cabins together. And then while we were sailing and had the doors opened and seen each other much more than any of us thought. Then I noticed that our decks were larger than the ones below us, and knew this had to be another positive aspect of booking with you.
After our wonderful week of sailiing to Alaska with the family, Linda and I went on for another 6 days on the land excursion. Your knowledge in this put us on a great itenary. Everything went so smoothly and we had a great time, and met some new friends which helped make it more enjoyable.
With being home a week, I have just completed putting together photo’s that I took along with my kids and grandkids. Sent them out Thumb drives with all the pictures. I know that each time we look at these it will bring back very fond memories. Each of the kids metioned that this was their “trip of a lifetime”. We will have to look ahead and plan something in the future and know for sure that you will be in the planning for this. And of course if anyone asked me for any information, I will give them your name and number.

Since retiring 4 years ago, we take 2 or more cruises per year. We always booked directly with NCL, and met Donna and Dale in the Cavern Club on an NCL transatlantic cruise which went on to 6 other destinations including Rome. I told them we had not booked any excursions for the stops because my husband required back surgery when we returned home and a group tour might be difficult. Donna volunteered to find us private tours in Rome and other stops and found us the perfect tours for a reasonable price on very short notice. This was a working cruise for them, as they had 8 other staterooms booked for clients. But even though we had just met, they made us a priority and we received all our tour tickets in advance of the stops. It was nothing short of remarkable. We now have two more cruises booked through them and their service is incredible.They take care of every detail and respond immediately to every question or request. We will NEVER again book directly and will always go to Donna and Dale They get us the best price and book shore excursions through other vendors. We are not fans of NCL shore excursions as they are usually very large groups and you have a long wait in a full theater to be called to your bus. We tell Dale and Donna what we are interested in seeing, and they find us much smaller group tours at less cost than the NCL tours. For anyone who books their own cruises--stop-- then call Dale and Donna. You tell them where and when you want to go, what you would like to see, and they take care of everything for a great price. Last week we took an amazing cruise, however this was not our families first, but the first one with Norwegian Cruise line and was through the company “Cruise Planners†(owners) Dale and Donna Petty
We have elected to take family cruises as a means of travel to see different destinations.
To be exact, we have cruised consecutively for the last 12 years, all but one was with Carnival, however we did not use Cruise Planners. Big Mistake.
After our last cruise in 2017 we experienced some problems and I felt with our dedication and years with Carnival (Carnival Direct) I would have at least thought, I would have received a return call about our displeasure's, which we, or should I say, I never received a return call or any acknowledgement of our complaints etc…
Even prior to our deportation from the docks, I contacted guest services and I was referred to go directly with Carnival upon our return, which really baffled me, because I thought we were traveling on Carnival, Duh,,,
When we returned, I did in fact follow-up with Carnival, by sending them a review of our experiences, which were left on deaf ears and never heard anything. We were always left to believe they read all reviews from their guests…
Understand, I was not asking for anything for free, only an acknowledgement of our concerns and we felt that Carnival was failing and was not as professional as when we first started traveling with Carnival twelve years ago with this company.
Upon our return in 2017, I contact Cruise Planners and spoke frequently with Dale or Donna Petty, who listened to our thoughts and concerns.
I explained to the both of them “Dale and Donna†what we enjoy and expected from our years of experience in cruises.
Dale and Donna understood our concerns and we allowed them to direct us to Norwegian Cruise Lines.
Having never traveled with Norwegian, I was a little skeptical in changing cruise lines, however Donna and Dale guided us to the Norwegian “The Getaway†and what a great choice it surely was.
This ship is what Carnival cruise line was like several years ago and our family of six had an awesome time and we have already booked our next cruise for 2019 to Europe.
